If on receipt of your order you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase from the Cleaning Robot, please contact us immediately at sales@thecleaningrobot.com, we will work with you to try to resolve the issue as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Refunds
You can return an unwanted product within 30 days of the date on which you received it and we'll process a full refund. The return shipping costs for unwanted items is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before returning your order at retuns@thecleaningrobot.com or calls at 1-800-626-1089 to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate you a Return Authorization Number. The product needs to be returned in ‘new’ condition and ideally be complete with all packaging and components.
* We will not accept returns of robot lawn mowers that are not defective or damaged. The costs for us as a business are too steep to accept returns, restock used parts and pay for shipping for an item that is not damaged or has no defects.

*Please note, any robot pool cleaner that has been used in the pool for cleaning, can only be repaired or exchanged for a new model if proven defective by manufacturer. It cannot be exchanged for a different brand model but only for the same.

When returning a product, we recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which ensures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

We are afraid we are unable to refund or dispatch replacement items until the original goods have been returned and received by the manufacturer.
If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right to process a refund in the form of a gift card rather than credit your payment card.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at returns@thecleaningrobot.com with photos of the defect or damage or call us at 1-800-626-1089, so we can approve the product exchange and arrange the return with you.
